Photos on your phone, a thread of texts, an email chain, something you saw at 2 a.m. Bring it in however it comes, and it lands in the right place, dated, next to everything else.
Paste a text, a WhatsApp or a DM. Say which way it went and when it was sent, and it goes on their side or yours.
Forward the ones you get, and BCC the case address on the ones you send. Each keeps the date it was sent and who it went to.
The date is read off the file for you to accept. Location data is removed from JPEG photos on the way in.
Things you saw or heard that belong to neither side get a column of their own.
