What it costs

Recording is free, and stays free for as long as you need it. You pay when you're ready to hand the record over, and only for the case you're handing over.

- Building the record: every entry, photo, file, email and voice note
- Every tool, on as many cases as you need
- Reading every page of the case file, and every other document
- Your own words, as text
- Downloading any single file
- Taking everything out: every file you’ve added, each with its fingerprint
$59 once per case
- The finished case file: cover, one-page summary, contents, then the record
- The summary page on its own
- The itemized packs: all the photos, all the voice notes, all the documents, numbered, with a list of fingerprints
- Every format, and every download after that, for that case. Keep adding to it and download again for nothing.
What we won’t do
- No subscription. Nothing renews.
- No trial that runs out.
- Nothing blurred, cut short or held back to make you pay. You can read it all first.
Questions
- What if I have more than one dispute?
- Each case is built free. You pay $59 for a case only when you want to download its finished file.
- Can I get a refund?
- You can read everything first. Once paid, the sale is final. If the same case is ever paid for twice, the second payment is refunded in full.
- Who charges me?
- Highfield Digital, Inc. Prices are in US dollars.
- How long is a free case kept?
- Your whole account is deleted only if nobody opens it for twenty-four months, and only after we've emailed you at eighteen, twenty-one and twenty-three months. Opening any of your cases starts the clock again, and an account with a paid case is never deleted for going unused. The full detail is on the privacy page.
